New Yorkers, it seems, can’t get enough of their Jets these days.  Even in restaurants.  WCBS-TV reports that the venerable Gallagher’s Steak House in midtown is serving up a variety of lunch specials named in honor of their favorite Jets players.  Included are such delights as:

• “Shonn Greene Spinach Salad”
• “Darrelle Revis Endive and Beet-up the Offense” Salad
• “Rex Ryan Classic Burger”
• “Broadway Joe Burger”
• “Mark Sanchez Certified Angus Beef Steak”
• “Nick Mangold New York Cheese Cake” for dessert

Which got me thinking, the famed St. Elmo’s Steakhouse in Indianapolis should try the same thing… some thoughts:

• “Peyton Manning Meatloaf”
• “Adam Vinatieri Veal Cutlet”
• with a side of “Austin Collie-flower”

Served, of course, by a fine Pierre Garcon, now through Jeff Saturday.
